Authentication & roles	Single sign-in and registration for Super Admin, Admin and User. New sign-ups become Users, each role lands on its own dashboard, and deactivated accounts are signed out mid-session. Login and registration are rate-limited.	3
Account management	Super Admin manages Admin accounts; Admin and Super Admin manage User accounts: create, edit, search, activate or deactivate, and delete.	—
Services & schedule	Service catalog with durations, weekly working hours with breaks and capacity, and blocked dates.	3
Booking & slot search	Anyone can check open slots. Signed-in clients book with live availability, reschedule, cancel, print a confirmation slip and view their history.	1
Appointment management	Staff approve, reject, complete, mark no-show, cancel or reschedule requests and add admin notes. Repeated cancellations or no-shows restrict a client’s booking until staff lift it.	—
